I know what you're looking for. An incredibly scuffed, poorly made and spaghetti code-esque Discord bot that only has three (!) commands. It's everything you've ever wanted, I'm sure. Fortunately, you can end your century-long search here, with an invention that meets your wishes.
All jokes and sarcasm aside, meet Ribbot. Born during the stress of a hackathon, Ribbot has three commands (or technically two commands and an automatic function):

!help: Lists all commands (not that many)
!fact: Gives a random frog fact.
Automatic frog reaction: If a user types the word 'frog', 'ribbit', or 'ribbot', it's automatically reacted to with a frog emote.
